RETURN POLICY

 

The BATBANGER™ Power Station is manufactured to the highest standards and goes through thorough quality control testing. However, if a BATBANGER™ Power Station is determined by Hondo Sports Training, LLC. to be defective in construction or material a replacement part or parts will be provided at no expense to the customer. Within a year of purchase, the BATBANGER™ Power Station may be returned to Hondo Sports Training, LLC. for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return shipments will require a Return Authorization Number (RA) to ship the Power Station back to Hondo Sports Training, LLC. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. No returns of any type will be accepted without a RA number. When calling for an RA number, please have the following information on hand: customer name, order number and the reason for the return.
